The library has an extensive collection of DVDs, CDs and videotapes, as well as viewing equipment for each. The Media collection is located on the third floor, and items can be checked-out by students, faculty and staff for a one-week loan period. Media check-out is not available for community patrons. Televisions with DVD/VHS players are available in the group study rooms including the Media Room which has a 70" screen television and can accommodate up to 15-20 persons.

In Special Collections, the library has a collection of phonograph records donated by Reinhardt alumnus Rick L. Pope. These records do not circulate, but there is equipment in the library for listening to the albums.

The library houses a small collection of microfilm with viewing equipment. The library does not have the capability to print microforms.
